Root clearance is 2 cm on a dry scalp and 3-4 cm on an oily scalp. Rinse with water only. Iron temperature and pass count follow hair type.
What is in the tube
ORA Softener is developed with a blend of oils to promote hydration and reduce frizz while softening the hair. It contains macadamia, which promotes hydration, softness and shine. It is composed of vitamins A, D and E, which have restorative and antioxidant action, and act directly on the structure of the hair bonds.

In order, with the value that governs each step
Prepare the hair
- Wash the hair thoroughly with a clarifying shampoo to remove any build-up or oils.
- Towel-dry until the hair is about 70-80% dry.
Apply the softener
- Wear gloves and a protective cape to avoid staining hands or clothes.
- Divide the hair into 6 sections, or more depending on thickness and length.
- Apply a suitable amount to a brush and distribute it evenly over each strand, leaving 2 cm from the roots on a dry scalp and 3-4 cm on an oily scalp.
- Comb through each section so the product is evenly distributed.
Processing time
- Leave the product on the hair for 30 to 45 minutes.
Rinse the hair
- Rinse with water only, removing 80-90% of the product while gently massaging the scalp.
Dry the hair
- Blow-dry the hair completely, on high heat.
Flat iron, optional
- Section the hair again if needed.
- Set the iron to the hair type, and pass it the number of times shown.

After the treatment
- Do not wash the hair for 1 to 3 days, depending on hair type and treatment.
- Use sulfate-free products to hold the result for longer.
Store in a dry, well-ventilated place away from light and excessive heat. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Avoid contact with eyes; in case of contact, rinse thoroughly. Discontinue use if irritation develops and seek medical advice. Do not ingest.
